THE SITES DEFINED AS: HerFaithVillage.com Ministries, HerFaithVillage.com, HFV Women’s Hub, HerBibleStudies.com, HerFaithRadio.com, ShelleFrelo.com, KeepinItRealInChrist.com, subsites, and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter individually and collectively, “THE SITES”, “WE”, “WE’RE”, “US”, “OUR”)

USER DEFINED AS: Registered and unregistered visitors (hereinafter “USER”, “USERS”, “END-USER” “YOU”, “YOUR”, “MEMBER”, “MEMBERS”)

WRITER, GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS Defined as: author, GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS, neighborhood host, neighborhood contributors, and affiliates (hereinafter “GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS”, “WRITER”)

CONTENT DEFINED AS: The compilation, assembly, and arrangement of the CONTENT of THE SITES; and all other CONTENT related to THE SITES and subsites including but not limited to software, applications, products and services, all source code, databases, functionality, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, reference CONTENT, mobile services, and any other features, THE SITES social media account, and graphics (hereinafter collectively the “CONTENT”)

MARKS DEFINED AS: trademarks, service marks, branded HerFaithVillage.com or another brand owned or licensed by THE SITES and logos contained therein (hereinafter collectively the “MARKS”)

TERMS DEFINED AS: These TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT, GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS AGREEMENT, HOUSE RULES, STATEMENT OF FAITH, PRIVACY POLICY, AGREEMENTS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES AND THE OTHER DOCUMENTS INCORPORATED HEREIN (hereinafter collectively the “TERMS”)

APPLICABLE LAW DEFINED AS: All domestic, foreign, federal, state or local laws, constitution, treaty, convention, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order, injunction, judgment, decree, ruling or other similar requirement enacted, adopted, promulgated or applied by a Governmental Authority that is binding upon or applicable to rules statutes, and regulations governing these TERMS (hereinafter “APPLICABLE LAW”).

GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS by submitting and/or adding content to THE SITES, will be deemed to have irrevocably agreed to these TERMS and GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS TERMS these additional terms will not change or replace the TERMS regarding use of THE SITES, unless otherwise expressly stated.

 WRITER ACCOUNTS

By submitting a form for consideration as a WRITER YOU agree that YOU have read the TERMS, GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS Terms, Statement of Faith, Privacy Policy, and the House Rules and agree to be bound by them. Each time YOU access and/or use THE SITES, YOU agree to be bound by the TERMS and any additional terms that will apply to YOU. YOU further perpetually and irrevocably grant THE SITES the unconditional right to use, and YOUR name, persona and likeness included in any USER CONTENT and in connection with any USER CONTENT, without any obligation or compensation to YOU. WRITER agrees and gives permission to THE SITES and/or its subsites to use the GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS likeness, name, and social media information as part of the WRITER author box if such information is applicable. THE SITES the unconditional right to use and exploit YOUR name, persona and likeness included in any USER CONTENT and in connection with any USER CONTENT, without any obligation or compensation to YOU.

 COMPENSATION, STIPENDS, LOVE OFFERING, FEE, ROAYALTIES, IN-KIND DONATION

GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS fully understand, agree, and accept that no compensation of any kind, royalties, monetary compensation, fee, stipend, love overing, or in-kind donation will be paid to the WRITER at any time for published WRITER content either by THE SITES or BY SHELLE FRELO.

WRITER SUBMISSIONS AND OWNERSHIP

THE SITES waives all rights to exclusivity to submitted WRITER content unless the WRITER grants such rights to THE SITES. The WRITER retains complete ownership of any submitted WRITER content. However, If the WRITER content is published on THE SITES through WRITER submission to THE SITES, the WRITER agrees that even if the WRITER is no longer a WRITER for THE SITES the WRITER will allow THE SITES to continue to use the WRITER’S content for USER consumption on THE SITES. WRITER agrees that by submitting content to THE SITES the WRITER acknowledges that YOU have no claim, no ownership, or decision-making, or authority, over or with HerFaithVillage.com, Shelle Frelo, THE SITES, subsites, or affiliated ministries. As A WRITER YOU agree to allow THE SITES and its subsites to archive content that YOU have submitted to THE SITES for publication.

WRITER LICENSE TO US

YOU grant THE SITES the unrestricted, unconditional, non-exclusive, unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right and license to host, use, copy, distribute, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, display, perform, transmit, publish, broadcast, modify, reformat, translate, archive, store, cache or otherwise exploit in any manner whatsoever, all or any portion of the WRITER content for any purpose whatsoever in all formats on or through THE SITES; and with any technology or devices now known or hereafter developed and to advertise, market and promote the same. YOU further authorize THE SITES to publish YOUR WRITER content in a searchable format that may be accessed by USERS of THE SITES and the Internet. When YOU submit any post, comment, image, or other CONTENT that YOU upload, publish, or display on or through THE SITES (hereinafter “USER CONTENT”), YOU grant to us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to copy, reproduce, distribute, transfer, display, perform, and create derivative works from any such USER CONTENT in any and all media or formats for advertising and marketing or any other lawful purposes. YOU retain the right to remove YOUR USER CONTENT at any time, with the exception of recorded webinar videos. If YOU remove YOUR USER CONTENT, the license granted to us expires but we retain the license to the extent that any USER CONTENT has been incorporated into our advertising and/or marketing or on our CONTENT sites.

NO GUARANTEE OF PUBLISHING WRITER CONTENT

THE SITES reserves the right at any time to reject any WRITER content, submission at its sole discretion. THE SITES reserves the right to reject any submission that it deems inappropriate at its sole discretion. THE SITES makes no claims or warranties as to whether WRITER submitted content will be published by a certain date or make any claims or guarantees of publication at all.  THE SITES is not responsible for the loss of any WRITER content that has been submitted. GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS agree by submitting content to THE SITES the WRITER waives off any right to insist on a suitable place in THE SITES for the publication. THE SITES may or may not maintain WRITER content in its archive at its sole discretion.

EDITING SUBMITTED WRITER CONTENT

THE SITES reserves the right to edit styling of WRITER content e.g., interest of style, design, graphics, fonts, and so on. WRITER content may be styled in a particular manner to fit the style and design of HerFaithVillage.com and its subsites with no prior notification to the WRITER or their agent. If THE SITES feels that the WRITER content could be better served by placing it in another area of HerFaithVillage.com, Shelle Frelo may do so without any notice to the submitter or their agent.

PUBLICATION PERIOD

The Site retains the right to publish/run WRITER submission for as long as it deems fit. There is no guaranteed lock-in period or minimum/maximum period of it being on the Site. The WRITER reserves the right to quit at their own discretion and reapply at their own discretion. However, any CONTENT already approved and published on THE SITES will continue to appear on THE SITES. Authorship will be reduced where applicable to a byline of the WRITER’S name on the CONTENT.

GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS AGREES NOT TO USE TO

Post, upload or otherwise transmit or link to CONTENT that is: unlawful; threatening; harmful; abusive; pornographic or includes nudity; offensive; harassing language; Remove, alter, cover, or distort any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice we include in or through our CONTENT or submitted CONTENT; Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with our security-related features including, without limitation, any features that prevent or restrict the use of or copying of any CONTENT, software or other Service CONTENT; Use an automatic device (such as a robot or spider) or manual process to copy or “scrape” the Website or Service CONTENT for any purpose (except for that which routinely occurs through the use of bona fide search engines) without express prior written permission from HerFaithVillage.com Ministries; Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information or non-personally identifiable information from our CONTENT, submitted CONTENT, services, or members including, without limitation to, Usernames, passwords, email addresses, IP addresses, etc.; Solicit THE SITES’ “GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS”, USERS, or members to join, become members, or donate money; Use THE SITES name or likeness or other organization on YOUR website or in YOUR organization without HerFaithVillage.com Ministries  expressed prior written approval; Attempt to or interfere with the proper working of THE SITES’, Services or impair, overburden, or disable the same; De-compile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of our software or other Service CONTENT, or our Services; Send or cause to send (directly or indirectly) unsolicited bulk messages or other unsolicited bulk communications of any kind through HerFaithVillage.com Services. If YOU do so, YOU acknowledge YOU will have caused substantial harm to HerFaithVillage.com, and that the amount of harm would be extremely difficult to measure. As a reasonable estimation of such harm, YOU agree to pay THE SITES $50 for each actual or intended recipient of such communication; Use network-monitoring software to determine architecture of or extract usage data from our Services; Encourage conduct that violates any local, state or federal law, either civil or criminal, or impersonate another USER, person, or entity; Introduce or engage in activity that involves the use of viruses, bots, worms, malware, spyware or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, or otherwise permit the unauthorized use of or access to a computer or a computer network; Violate U.S. export laws, including, without limitation, violations of the Export Administration Act and the Export Administration Regulations administered by the Department of Commerce; or Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other USER from using or enjoying our websites, subsites, or services. YOU agree to fully cooperate with us to investigate any suspected or actual activity that is in breach of these Terms of Use.

UNACCEPTABLE WRITER CONTENT

Unacceptable WRITER content includes but is not limited to pornography and/or links to pornographic content. Links to such CONTENT is strictly prohibited. Unacceptable WRITER content is any content deemed unacceptable by THE SITES. If submitted content is deemed unacceptable, THE SITES will remove the submitted or published contact, delete the “WRITER” account and block the WRITER’S IP address.  Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to THE SITES servers. Shelle Frelo will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision.

PLAGIARISM AND INFRINGEMENTS

If at any point in time, THE SITES receives a complaint of plagiarism or infringement, and if THE SITES IS ultimately convinced that it is indeed so, the said CONTENT shall be promptly removed from THE SITES. If a WRITER receives two complaints of plagiarism and/or infringement and it is indeed so WRITER’S account, username, and password will be terminated, and IP address blocked with no further notice.

PROMO INFORMATION

GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS may use the name of HFV Women’s Hub and the home page URL (womenshub.herfaithvillage.com) only for promotional purposes, i.e., to identify that YOU are presently a WRITER and in what capacity for THE SITES and nothing beyond that. YOU cannot deep link to other sections of THE SITES without prior expressed written permission from THE SITES. THE SITES retains the right to promote any WRITER content on social media including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc. THE SITES reserves the right to post snippets of WRITER content with a live link to the CONTENT page on THE SITES.

SOFTWARE AND OTHER ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD

Software related to or made available by THE SITES may be subject to United States export controls. Thus, no software from THE SITES may be downloaded, exported or re-exported (a) into (or to a national or resident of) North Korea, Iran, Syria or any other country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders. By downloading any software related to THE SITES, YOU represent and warrant that YOU are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of, any such country or on any such list.   Any items that we make available for download or use from THE SITES and/or our servers (the “DOWNLOADABLE Items”) are the copyrighted work of THE SITES or its licensors or suppliers. YOUR use of the DOWNLOADABLE Items may be governed by Additional Terms, which may be included with the DOWNLOADABLE Items. Please carefully read any Additional Terms to determine the full extent of conditions governing the use of such DOWNLOADABLE Items. This is a committed group of women who desire to study the word of God in a safe and convenient environment, and environment that is none soliciting.

NO OBSCENE OR HATEFUL LANGUAGE

HERBIBLESTUDIES.COM nor THE SITES don’t allow obscene, hateful, profane, racist, discriminatory, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable language or CONTENT in any of our online forums, gatherings, meetings, or discussions. Further, you may not harass, insult, defame, libel, slander, stalk, abuse, threaten or invade the privacy of another USER. YOU may not post content that disparages, criticizes, belittles, parodies, or otherwise portrays in a negative light any USER. We suggest YOU discontinue any conversation that makes you uncomfortable. USERS engaging in hateful language behaviors will be banned from THE SITES, groups, Bible studies, prayer groups, Zoom studies, meetings, gatherings and forums and will have their IP blocked permanently without further discussion or warning, at the sole discretion of Shelle Frelo.

 

DISCUSSIONS, QUESTIONS AND THEOLOGIES

All USERS are encouraged to ask questions and to share insights. It is unacceptable for USERS to engage in topics or discussions that the discussion leader has asked to discontinue. It is acceptable to respectfully disagree with the study leaders, other USERS or even the study book and devotionals. It is not acceptable to demean, antagonize, bully, degrade or cause conflict with USERS or the study leader that causes division and/or causes disruption to the discussion.  Though our studies invite individuals from many different worship styles and practices our common denominator of agreement is Jesus as our Messiah, Savior, and Lord. We do not debate the Word of God. It is not appropriate to shame a USER for their theology, worship style, or opinions. It is appropriate to ask a question of the group if YOU need help with clarification of the study on the current topic. Studies are designed to reflect unity of the body of Christ, a desire to grow through the Word of Christ and a practice of humility in learning. It is not designed to give anyone a venue to vent their pride, degree, or superior knowledge of who they feel they are or what they know.

 

NO BIBLE BASHING

HERBIBLESTUDIES.COM and THE SITES utilizes the World English Bible translation because it is of public domain, but USERS may use whatever Bible version that speaks to their spirit best. Often Christians can get into debates about what version of the Bible is best, more accurate, or more authentic. HERBIBLESTUDIES.COM and THE SITES do not engage in such practices and asks that its USERS don’t engage in such practices while utilizing the CONTENT on HERBIBLESTUDIES.COM and/or THE SITES. USERS engaging in such violations will be warned. After three warnings the USER will have their IP blocked permanently from HERBIBLESTUDIES.COM and THE SITES without further discussion or warning.

 

SCREENSHOTS IS PROHIBITED

In today’s technological age it is common to screenshot something that is interesting to YOU, WE get it. However, THE SITES AND HERBIBLESTUDIES.COM groups, Bible studies, prayer groups, Zoom studies, meetings, gatherings and forums often contain information that is sensitive, it is for this reason that we ask USERS not to screenshot posts, chats, discussions, and/or community CONTENT.  USERS violating this request will be given a warning the first time, the second time their IP address will be blocked, and the USER will be banned from HERBIBLESTUDIES.COM and THE SITES, groups, Bible studies, prayer groups, Zoom studies, meetings, gatherings and forums and will have their IP blocked permanently without further discussion or warning.

 

RECORDING AUDIO AND/OR VIDEO IS PROHIBITED

We do not debate the Word of God. It is not appropriate to shame a USER for their theology, worship style, or opinions. It is appropriate to ask a question of the group if YOU need help with clarification of the study on the current topic. Studies are designed to reflect unity of the body of Christ, a desire to grow through the Word of Christ and a practice of humility in learning. It is not designed to give anyone a venue to vent their pride, degree, or superior knowledge of who they feel they are or what they know.

 

NO BIBLE BASHING

HERBIBLESTUDIES.COM and THE SITES utilizes the World English Bible translation because it is of public domain, but USERS may use whatever Bible version that speaks to their spirit best. Often Christians can get into debates about what version of the Bible is best, more accurate, or more authentic. HERBIBLESTUDIES.COM and THE SITES do not engage in such practices and asks that its USERS don’t engage in such practices while utilizing the CONTENT on HERBIBLESTUDIES.COM and/or THE SITES. USERS engaging in such violations will be warned. After three warnings the USER will have their IP blocked permanently from HERBIBLESTUDIES.COM and THE SITES without further discussion or warning.

 

SCREENSHOTS IS PROHIBITED

Where applicable when studies are offered as a download, USERS may download one copy of the study for their individual personal use. However, Bible studies cannot be sold, copied, emailed or redistributed without the prior written permission of the Author. DISCUSSIONS, QUESTIONS AND THEOLOGIES

All study members are encouraged to ask question and to share insights. It is unacceptable for study member to carry on a lengthy conversation or going off-topic about YOUR personal issues. It is acceptable to respectfully disagree with the study leaders, study members or even the study book and devotionals. It is not acceptable to demean, antagonize, or bully, degrade or cause conflict with study members or the study leader.  Though our studies invite individuals from many different worship styles and practices our common denominator of agreement is Jesus as our Messiah, Savior, and Lord. We do not debate the Word of God. It is not appropriate to shame someone for her theology, worship style, and opinions. It is appropriate to ask a question of the group if YOU need help with clarification of the study on the current topic. It is not appropriate to condemn study leaders or study members. Studies are designed to reflect unity of the body of Christ, a desire to grow through the Word of Christ and a practice of humility in learning. It is not designed to give anyone a venue to vent their pride, degree, or superior knowledge of who they feel they are or what they know. The Site retains the right to publish/run WRITER submission for as long as it deems fit. There is no guaranteed lock-in period or minimum/maximum period of it being on the Site. The WRITER reserves the right to quit at their own discretion and reapply at their own discretion. However, any CONTENT already approved and published on THE SITES will continue to appear on THE SITES. Authorship will be reduced where applicable to a byline of the WRITER’S name on the CONTENT.

Post, upload or otherwise transmit or link to CONTENT that is: unlawful; threatening; harmful; abusive; pornographic or includes nudity; offensive; harassing language; Remove, alter, cover, or distort any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice we include in or through our CONTENT or submitted CONTENT; Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with our security-related features including, without limitation, any features that prevent or restrict the use of or copying of any CONTENT, software or other Service CONTENT; Use an automatic device (such as a robot or spider) or manual process to copy or “scrape” the Website or Service CONTENT for any purpose (except for that which routinely occurs through the use of bona fide search engines) without express prior written permission from HerFaithVillage.com Ministries; Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information or non-personally identifiable information from our CONTENT, submitted CONTENT, services, or members including, without limitation to, Usernames, passwords, email addresses, IP addresses, etc.; Solicit THE SITES’ “GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS”, USERS, or members to join, become members, or donate money; Use THE SITES name or likeness or other organization on YOUR website or in YOUR organization without HerFaithVillage.com Ministries  expressed prior written approval; Attempt to or interfere with the proper working of THE SITES’, Services or impair, overburden, or disable the same; De-compile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of our software or other Service CONTENT, or our Services; Send or cause to send (directly or indirectly) unsolicited bulk messages or other unsolicited bulk communications of any kind through HerVillage.com Services. If YOU do so, YOU acknowledge YOU will have caused substantial harm to HerVillage.com, and that the amount of harm would be extremely difficult to measure. As a reasonable estimation of such harm, YOU agree to pay THE SITES $50 for each actual or intended recipient of such communication; Use network-monitoring software to determine architecture of or extract usage data from our Services; Encourage conduct that violates any local, state or federal law, either civil or criminal, or impersonate another USER, person, or entity; Introduce or engage in activity that involves the use of viruses, bots, worms, malware, spyware or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, or otherwise permit the unauthorized use of or access to a computer or a computer network; Violate U.S. export laws, including, without limitation, violations of the Export Administration Act and the Export Administration Regulations administered by the Department of Commerce; or Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other USER from using or enjoying our websites, subsites, or services. UNACCEPTABLE WRITER CONTENT

Unacceptable WRITER content includes but is not limited to pornography and/or links to pornographic content. Links to such CONTENT is strictly prohibited. Unacceptable WRITER content is any content deemed unacceptable by THE SITES. If submitted content is deemed unacceptable, THE SITES will remove the submitted or published contact, delete the “WRITER” account and block the WRITER’S IP address.  Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to THE SITES servers. Shelle Frelo will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision.

 

PLAGIARISM AND INFRINGEMENTS

If at any point in time, THE SITES receives a complaint of plagiarism or infringement, and if THE SITES IS ultimately convinced that it is indeed so, the said CONTENT shall be promptly removed from THE SITES. If a WRITER receives two complaints of plagiarism and/or infringement and it is indeed so WRITER’S account, username, and password will be terminated, and IP address blocked with no further notice.

 

PROMO INFORMATION

GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS may use the name of HFV Women’s Hub and the home page URL (womenshub.herfaithvillage.com) only for promotional purposes, i.e., to identify that YOU are presently a WRITER and in what capacity for THE SITES and nothing beyond that. YOU cannot deep link to other sections of THE SITES without prior expressed written permission from THE SITES. THE SITES retains the right to promote any WRITER content on social media including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc. THE SITES reserves the right to post snippets of WRITER content with a live link to the CONTENT page on THE SITES.

 

SOFTWARE AND OTHER ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD

Software related to or made available by THE SITES may be subject to United States export controls. BASICS OF OUR FAITH:

Basics of the faith is the beliefs of which all followers of Jesus Christ believe. These are essential beliefs of the Christian faith. These are beliefs that can make the difference between having a relationship with Christ Jesus through His Salvation or not having a relationship with Christ Jesus resulting in separation from God for all eternity.

 

1.THE BIBLE

We believe the entire Bible all 66 books of the combined Old and New Testaments are verbally inspired by God and are inerrant in the original writings. Through the providence of God, the Word of God has been protected and preserved, and is the only infallible and authoritative rule of faith and practice (2 timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)

2.GOD:

We believe that there is only one true, living sovereign, holy and eternally existent God. He exists in three co-equal persons-Father, son, and Holy Spirit-each being a distinct person and with a distinct function, but all of one essence and all possessing the same nature, perfection, and attributes. The triune God is the creator and sustainer of all things, the source of all truth, and is worthy of worship, confidence, and obedience (Deuteronomy 6:4-5; Genesis 1:31

3.JESUS CHRIST:

We believe that Jesus Christ is God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed many miracles, shed His blood on the cross as a vicarious substitute, was buried, bodily resurrected, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return literally, visibly, and personally in glory and power (John 1:1-3,14 ; Matthew 1:18-25; Philippians 2:5-9;  Colossians 15:1-8; Acts 1:11)

3a. The Resurrection WE BELIEVE in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ (Luke 24:39-43. John 20:24-29).

3b. Christ’s Ascension and Beyond WE BELIEVE that Christ Jesus ascended to the Father and is presently engaged in preparing a place for His people arid interceding for them (John 14:1-6, Romans 8:34).

3c. Christ’s Return WE BELIEVE in the visible, bodily return of Christ Jesus to the earth and to rapture His Church (Bride) and judge the world (Acts 1:10, 11, I Thessalonians 4:13-18, II Thessalonians 1:7-10, James 5:8, Revelation 1:7).

3d. Jesus Is God WE BELIEVE that Jesus is God come in the flesh and that He is both divine and human (Luke 1:26-38, John 14:1-3. Acts 2:36, Acts 3:14, 15, Philippians 2:5-12, John 1:1, 14).

4.THE HOLY SPIRIT:

We believe that the Holy Spirit is God, co-equal and co-existent with the Father and the Son. He is the chief convictor of sin, the chief agent of regeneration and sanctification. The Holy Spirit indwells every believer and empowers every believer to live a godly life (John 14:16-19; 16:7-15; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; Romans 8:9, 11; Titus 3:5).

5.THE TRINITY

WE BELIEVE in the One God revealed in three Persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:16, 17, Matthew28:9, John 17).

6.MANKIND:

We believe that in the beginning God created mankind in His image and is not in any sense the product of evolution. Mankind was originally created with the ability to live perfectly for God’s glory (Genesis 1:17, 31).

6a. Apart From God… WE BELIEVE that man, in his natural state, is a sinner, lost, undone, without hope, and without God (Romans 3:19-23, Galatians 3:22, Ephesians 2:1,2, 12).

7.SIN:

We believe that Adam, the first man, sinned by willful disobedience. This act of open rebellion resulted in the fall of all mankind; therefore, all people have sinned and lost their ability to live for the glory of God. Mankind’s fall has incurred both physical and spiritual death on all until there is forgiveness and salvation by the grace of God (Genesis 3:1-24; Romans 3:10-23; 5:12-21; 6:23).

8.SALVATION:

We believe the salvation of lost and sinful mankind is a free gift of God’s grace apart from human works, based solely upon Christ’s vicarious and atoning death, effected by the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit, and received only through faith in the person and finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross (Ephesians 2:8-10; 2 Corinthians 5:21).

9. ETERNAL SECURITY:

We believe that since God gives us eternal life through Christ, the believer is secure in that salvation forever. Our salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God, not by the efforts of the believer (John 10:29-30; 2 Timothy 1:12; Hebrews 7:25; 1 John 5:11-13).

9a. ETERNITY:

We believe man was created to exist forever. He will either exist eternally separated from God by sin, or in union with God through salvation. To be eternally separated from God is hell. To be eternally with God is heaven. Heaven and hell are places of eternal existence (John 3:16; 2:25; Romans 6:23; Revelation 20:15).

10.THE CHURCH:

We believe that the church is the body of Christ and the family of God. It is made up of saved believers (people who have chosen Christ as their Savior). (Matthew 16:18; 1 Corinthians 12:12-14; Hebrews 10:25).

BELIEFS ON CHURCH STUFF & ETERNITY:

Beliefs on Church stuff and eternity are beliefs that THE STIES holds to be true. Many of these beliefs THE SITES believe are commands. We do understand that these beliefs may differ from denomination to denomination, but that not believing in these beliefs won’t send YOU to hell. THE SITES, HerFaithVillage.com Ministries believes that another way of explaining these beliefs are “Growth Beliefs” which means either the Holy Spirit will grow THE SITES, HerFaithVillage.com Ministries into knowing these believes are incorrect or will grow those that don’t believe into knowing they are correct. 

11. EVANGELISM:

We believe that it is the responsibility and privilege of every Christian to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ and to seek to make growing disciples (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8).

11a. THE GREAT COMMISSION WE BELIEVE that God has given the church a great commission to proclaim the Gospel to all nations (Matthew 28:18-20) so that there might be a great multitude from every nation, tribe, ethnic group, and language group who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ (Revelation 5:9).

12 BAPTISM AND LORD’S SUPPER:

Jesus instructed His followers to remember His death and resurrection. He gave the church two visible symbols (called “ordinances”) as reminders. These two ordinances are baptism and the Lord’s Supper. Baptism by is an act of obedient identification with Jesus as Lord. It serves as an outward sign of conscious confession of repentance and faith. The Lord’s Supper is an ongoing symbol remembering our Lord’s death, burial, resurrection, and promised return (Matthew 26:26-29; 28:18-20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-32).

13. BREAKDOWN OF THE ORDINANCES

WE BELIEVE that the two ordinances (command) of the Church are WATER BAPTISM and COMMUNION (The Lord’s Supper).

13b. WATER BAPTISM: Immersion in water in the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:15, 16, Matthew 28:19, 20, Acts 8:38, Romans 6:1-4). A symbol of identification with Jesus Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection. Baptism does not bring Salvation. It is an outward witness letting others know of YOUR choice to follow Jesus and a Christian’s first act of obedience.

13c. COMMUNION: A memorial of the death, resurrection, and Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (Luke 22:13-20). Communion is not the actual blood of Jesus. It is the symbolic act of remembrance of what Jesus did for all mankind.

We believe that God expects every believer to live a life of obedience, in which every area of his life is brought under the lordship of Jesus Christ and the fruit of the Spirit becomes increasingly evident in his life.

IMPACT BELIEFS:

Impact Beliefs are beliefs that THE SITES believe directly impacts the ability for Christians to live a productive and fruitful Christian Lives. 

14.IN THE WORLD, BUT NOT OF THE WORLD

WE BELIEVE that believers should seek, as the early disciples did, to practice the separated life from the world and unto Christ and to set standards of conduct, which shall exalt our Lord and His, Church (Romans 12:1-3,11 Corinthians 6:17, Galatians 6:14, Ephesians 5:11, Colossians 3:17).

15.INTIMATE RELATIONSHIPS

WE BELIEVE that God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be engaged in outside of marriage between a man and a woman (Deuteronomy 22:22). We believe that any form of homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, bestiality and incest are sinful perversions of God’s gift of sex (I Corinthians 6:9-1 1).

16.STEWARDSHIP

WE BELIEVE that every Christian, as a steward of that portion of God’s wealth entrusted to him, is obligated to support his local church with his time, talent and treasure (Malachi 3:8). We believe that God has established the tithe as a basis for giving. Christians can also give other offerings sacrificially and cheerfully for the relief of those in need, and the spread of the Gospel (II Corinthians 8 & 9). We believe that a Christian relinquishes all rights to direct the use of the tithe or offering once the gift has been made.

17.SATAN

We believe in the personality and depraved character of Satan, who is the great enemy of God and man. We believe that he, along with the company of demonic beings serving him, works out his evil plans through the ungodly world system, limited only by the sovereign rule of God. We believe that he was judged by Christ at the cross and will ultimately meet his doom in the lake of fire, where he will remain for all eternally. Matt. 4:3-11; Gen. 3:1; John 8:44; Rev. 12:9,10: II Cor. 4:4; I John 5:19; Job 1:6-12; I John 3:8; Rev. 20:10.

17b. ANGELS AND DEMONS We believe in the reality and personality of angels. We believe that God created an innumerable company of these sinless, spiritual beings who were to be His servants and messengers (Nehemiah 9:6; Psalm 148:2; Hebrews 1:14). We believe in the existence and personality of Satan and demons. Satan is a fallen angel who led a great company of angels into rebellion against God (Isaiah 14:12-17; Ezekiel 28:12-15) and these demons (fallen angels who rebelled against God) are his agents to be used for his unholy purposes. He and his demons shall be eternally punished in the lake of fire (Matthew 25:41; Revelation 20:10).

18.THE CHRISTIAN LIFE

We believe that God expects every believer to live a life of obedience, in which every area of his life is brought under the lordship of Jesus Christ and the fruit of the Spirit becomes increasingly evident in his life. The goal of the Christian life is to be conformed to the image of Christ. This life is characterized supremely by self-giving love for God and for others. The life and character of Christ, which grows through the Holy Spirit, is noticeably distinct from the life of the world. A believer who resists the gracious working of the Holy Spirit and fails to grow in obedience is chastened in infinite love by his Heavenly Father so he may learn obedience. John 14:21; II Cor. 10:4,5; Gal. 5:22,23; II Cor. 3:18; Matt. 22:37-40; I John 2:15-17; Heb 12:5-14

Do not post any confidential, defamatory, libelous, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, obscene or illegal CONTENT of any kind on any THE SITES or its groups. USER and/or GUEST WRITERS, WRITERS, FEATURED WRITERS engaging in such acts will have their account, username, and password will be terminated, and IP address blocked with no further notice, and may face criminal and civil charges.

 

THE SITES MONITORING OF WEBSITE

THE SITES does not actively monitor the site for inappropriate postings and does not on its own undertake editorial control of postings. However, in the event that any inappropriate posting is brought to THE SITES attention, THE SITES will take actions as appropriate, which may include removing certain CONTENT without prior notice. ARBITRATION

The arbitration award shall be final and exclusive, and the prevailing party in the arbitration may file an action in court to confirm and to enforce the arbitration award. Any such action, or any claim, cause of action or proceeding not subject to arbitration as set forth in this section, shall be filed and adjudicated in a state or federal court in Missouri, and all parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. YOU irrevocably waive any rights to seek and/or obtain injunctive or other equitable relief and any defense of forum non conventions. BASICS OF OUR FAITH:

Basics of the faith is the beliefs of which all followers of Jesus Christ believe. These are essential beliefs of the Christian faith. These are beliefs that can make the difference between having a relationship with Christ Jesus through His Salvation or not having a relationship with Christ Jesus resulting in separation from God for all eternity.

 

1.THE BIBLE

We believe the entire Bible all 66 books of the combined Old and New Testaments are verbally inspired by God and are inerrant in the original writings. Through the providence of God, the Word of God has been protected and preserved, and is the only infallible and authoritative rule of faith and practice (2 timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)

2.GOD:

We believe that there is only one true, living sovereign, holy and eternally existent God. He exists in three co-equal persons-Father, son, and Holy Spirit-each being a distinct person and with a distinct function, but all of one essence and all possessing the same nature, perfection, and attributes. The triune God is the creator and sustainer of all things, the source of all truth, and is worthy of worship, confidence, and obedience (Deuteronomy 6:4-5; Genesis 1:31

3.JESUS CHRIST:

We believe that Jesus Christ is God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed many miracles, shed His blood on the cross as a vicarious substitute, was buried, bodily resurrected, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return literally, visibly, and personally in glory and power (John 1:1-3,14 ; Matthew 1:18-25; Philippians 2:5-9;  Colossians 15:1-8; Acts 1:11)

3a. The Resurrection WE BELIEVE in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ (Luke 24:39-43. John 20:24-29).

3b. Christ’s Ascension and Beyond WE BELIEVE that Christ Jesus ascended to the Father and is presently engaged in preparing a place for His people arid interceding for them (John 14:1-6, Romans 8:34).

3c. Christ’s Return WE BELIEVE in the visible, bodily return of Christ Jesus to the earth and to rapture His Church (Bride) and judge the world (Acts 1:10, 11, I Thessalonians 4:13-18, II Thessalonians 1:7-10, James 5:8, Revelation 1:7).

3d. Jesus Is God WE BELIEVE that Jesus is God come in the flesh and that He is both divine and human (Luke 1:26-38, John 14:1-3. Acts 2:36, Acts 3:14, 15, Philippians 2:5-12, John 1:1, 14).

4.THE HOLY SPIRIT:

We believe that the Holy Spirit is God, co-equal and co-existent with the Father and the Son. He is the chief convictor of sin, the chief agent of regeneration and sanctification. The Holy Spirit indwells every believer and empowers every believer to live a godly life (John 14:16-19; 16:7-15; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; Romans 8:9, 11; Titus 3:5).

5.THE TRINITY

WE BELIEVE in the One God revealed in three Persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:16, 17, Matthew28:9, John 17).

6.MANKIND:

We believe that in the beginning God created mankind in His image and is not in any sense the product of evolution. Mankind was originally created with the ability to live perfectly for God’s glory (Genesis 1:17, 31).

6a. Apart From God… WE BELIEVE that man, in his natural state, is a sinner, lost, undone, without hope, and without God (Romans 3:19-23, Galatians 3:22, Ephesians 2:1,2, 12).

7.SIN:

We believe that Adam, the first man, sinned by willful disobedience. This act of open rebellion resulted in the fall of all mankind; therefore, all people have sinned and lost their ability to live for the glory of God. Mankind’s fall has incurred both physical and spiritual death on all until there is forgiveness and salvation by the grace of God (Genesis 3:1-24; Romans 3:10-23; 5:12-21; 6:23).

8.SALVATION:

We believe the salvation of lost and sinful mankind is a free gift of God’s grace apart from human works, based solely upon Christ’s vicarious and atoning death, effected by the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit, and received only through faith in the person and finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross (Ephesians 2:8-10; 2 Corinthians 5:21).

9. ETERNAL SECURITY:

We believe that since God gives us eternal life through Christ, the believer is secure in that salvation forever. Our salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God, not by the efforts of the believer (John 10:29-30; 2 Timothy 1:12; Hebrews 7:25; 1 John 5:11-13).

9a. ETERNITY:

We believe man was created to exist forever. He will either exist eternally separated from God by sin, or in union with God through salvation. To be eternally separated from God is hell. To be eternally with God is heaven. Heaven and hell are places of eternal existence (John 3:16; 2:25; Romans 6:23; Revelation 20:15).

10.THE CHURCH:

We believe that the church is the body of Christ and the family of God. It is made up of saved believers (people who have chosen Christ as their Savior). (Matthew 16:18; 1 Corinthians 12:12-14; Hebrews 10:25).

BELIEFS ON CHURCH STUFF & ETERNITY:

Beliefs on Church stuff and eternity are beliefs that THE STIES holds to be true. Many of these beliefs THE SITES believe are commands. We do understand that these beliefs may differ from denomination to denomination, but that not believing in these beliefs won’t send YOU to hell. THE SITES, HerFaithVillage.com Ministries believes that another way of explaining these beliefs are “Growth Beliefs” which means either the Holy Spirit will grow THE SITES, HerFaithVillage.com Ministries into knowing these believes are incorrect or will grow those that don’t believe into knowing they are correct. 

11. EVANGELISM:

We believe that it is the responsibility and privilege of every Christian to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ and to seek to make growing disciples (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8).

11a. THE GREAT COMMISSION WE BELIEVE that God has given the church a great commission to proclaim the Gospel to all nations (Matthew 28:18-20) so that there might be a great multitude from every nation, tribe, ethnic group, and language group who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ (Revelation 5:9).

12 BAPTISM AND LORD’S SUPPER:

Jesus instructed His followers to remember His death and resurrection. He gave the church two visible symbols (called “ordinances”) as reminders. These two ordinances are baptism and the Lord’s Supper. Baptism by is an act of obedient identification with Jesus as Lord. It serves as an outward sign of conscious confession of repentance and faith. The Lord’s Supper is an ongoing symbol remembering our Lord’s death, burial, resurrection, and promised return (Matthew 26:26-29; 28:18-20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-32).

13. BREAKDOWN OF THE ORDINANCES

WE BELIEVE that the two ordinances (command) of the Church are WATER BAPTISM and COMMUNION (The Lord’s Supper).

13b. WATER BAPTISM: Immersion in water in the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:15, 16, Matthew 28:19, 20, Acts 8:38, Romans 6:1-4). A symbol of identification with Jesus Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection. Baptism does not bring Salvation. It is an outward witness letting others know of YOUR choice to follow Jesus and a Christian’s first act of obedience.

13c. COMMUNION: A memorial of the death, resurrection, and Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (Luke 22:13-20). Communion is not the actual blood of Jesus. It is the symbolic act of remembrance of what Jesus did for all mankind.

We believe that God expects every believer to live a life of obedience, in which every area of his life is brought under the lordship of Jesus Christ and the fruit of the Spirit becomes increasingly evident in his life.

IMPACT BELIEFS:

Impact Beliefs are beliefs that THE SITES believe directly impacts the ability for Christians to live a productive and fruitful Christian Lives. 

14.IN THE WORLD, BUT NOT OF THE WORLD

WE BELIEVE that believers should seek, as the early disciples did, to practice the separated life from the world and unto Christ and to set standards of conduct, which shall exalt our Lord and His, Church (Romans 12:1-3,11 Corinthians 6:17, Galatians 6:14, Ephesians 5:11, Colossians 3:17).

15.INTIMATE RELATIONSHIPS

WE BELIEVE that God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be engaged in outside of marriage between a man and a woman (Deuteronomy 22:22). We believe that any form of homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, bestiality and incest are sinful perversions of God’s gift of sex (I Corinthians 6:9-1 1).

16.STEWARDSHIP

WE BELIEVE that every Christian, as a steward of that portion of God’s wealth entrusted to him, is obligated to support his local church with his time, talent and treasure (Malachi 3:8). We believe that God has established the tithe as a basis for giving. Christians can also give other offerings sacrificially and cheerfully for the relief of those in need, and the spread of the Gospel (II Corinthians 8 & 9). We believe that a Christian relinquishes all rights to direct the use of the tithe or offering once the gift has been made.

17.SATAN

We believe in the personality and depraved character of Satan, who is the great enemy of God and man. We believe that he, along with the company of demonic beings serving him, works out his evil plans through the ungodly world system, limited only by the sovereign rule of God. We believe that he was judged by Christ at the cross and will ultimately meet his doom in the lake of fire, where he will remain for all eternally. Matt. 4:3-11; Gen. 3:1; John 8:44; Rev. 12:9,10: II Cor. 4:4; I John 5:19; Job 1:6-12; I John 3:8; Rev. 20:10.

17b. ANGELS AND DEMONS We believe in the reality and personality of angels. We believe that God created an innumerable company of these sinless, spiritual beings who were to be His servants and messengers (Nehemiah 9:6; Psalm 148:2; Hebrews 1:14). We believe in the existence and personality of Satan and demons. Satan is a fallen angel who led a great company of angels into rebellion against God (Isaiah 14:12-17; Ezekiel 28:12-15) and these demons (fallen angels who rebelled against God) are his agents to be used for his unholy purposes. He and his demons shall be eternally punished in the lake of fire (Matthew 25:41; Revelation 20:10).

18.THE CHRISTIAN LIFE

We believe that God expects every believer to live a life of obedience, in which every area of his life is brought under the lordship of Jesus Christ and the fruit of the Spirit becomes increasingly evident in his life. The goal of the Christian life is to be conformed to the image of Christ. This life is characterized supremely by self-giving love for God and for others. The life and character of Christ, which grows through the Holy Spirit, is noticeably distinct from the life of the world. A believer who resists the gracious working of the Holy Spirit and fails to grow in obedience is chastened in infinite love by his Heavenly Father so he may learn obedience. John 14:21; II Cor. 10:4,5; Gal. 5:22,23; II Cor. 3:18; Matt. 22:37-40; I John 2:15-17; Heb 12:5-14

If YOU become involved in any violation of system security, THE SITES reserves the right to release YOUR details to system administrators at other sites, law enforcement and/or governmental authorities in order to assist them in resolving security incidents.

 

INVESTIGATIONS

THE SITES reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms, including without limitation, any violation arising from any submission, posting or emails YOU make or send to any Forum. THE SITES may seek to gather information from the USER who is suspected of violating these Terms and from any other USER. THE SITES may suspend any USERS whose conduct or postings are under investigation and may remove such CONTENT from its servers as it deems appropriate and without notice. If THE SITES believes, in its sole discretion, that a violation of these Terms has occurred, it may edit or modify any submission, posting or emails, remove the CONTENT permanently, cancel postings, warn USERS, suspend USERS and passwords, terminate accounts, or take other corrective action it deems appropriate. THE SITES will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing THE SITES to disclose the identity of anyone posting any emails, or publishing or otherwise making available any CONTENT that are believed to violate these Terms. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS ALL MEMBERS OF THE SITES FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY ANY MEMBER OF THE SITESDURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUNCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER A MEMBER OF THE SITESOR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
