THE SITES DEFINED AS: HerFaithVillage.com Ministries, HerFaithVillage.com, HerWomensHub.com, HerBibleStudies.com, HerFaithRadio.com, ShelleFrelo.com, KeepinItRealInChrist.com, subsites, and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter individually and collectively, “THE SITES”, “WE”, “WE’RE”, “US”, “OUR”)

USER DEFINED AS: Registered and unregistered visitors (hereinafter “USER”, “USERS”, “END-USER” “YOU”, “YOUR”, “MEMBER”, “MEMBERS”)

CONTENT DEFINED AS: The compilation, assembly, and arrangement of the CONTENT of THE SITES; and all other CONTENT related to THE SITES and subsites including but not limited to software, applications, products and services, all source code, databases, functionality, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, reference CONTENT, mobile services, and any other features, THE SITES social media account, and graphics (hereinafter collectively the “CONTENT”)

EXPLINATION:

HerWomensHub.com online communities are ministries of HerFaithVillage.com Ministries, we established these ministries to serve God through serving people. HERWOMENSHUB.COM is a ministry not Business, Marketing or Networking Opportunities: “Then He said to them, “So give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.” – Matthew 22:21. Our HOUSE RULES are established to help our USERS stay accountable to HERWOMENSHUB.COM and each other. Our USERS are interested in getting into the Word of God they are not here to shop for products. Our content pages and reader comments do not contain advertising.

THE SITES AND HERWOMENSHUB.COM has a zero tolerance for toxic behavior. HERWOMENSHUB.COM and THE SITES defines toxic behavior as but not limited to the following: Bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, threats, stalking, harvesting, catfishing, ghosting, participating in rumors, participating in gossip, shaming, subtweeting or subposting, hate speech (please note sharing God’s Word in love is not hate speech), sending spam, promoting products, asking for money, promoting other ministries and groups, religious debates, Bible version debates, hinder, restrain, or prevent other USERS from participating in discussions, worship style debates, and swearing. HERWOMENSHUB.COM and THE SITES strictly prohibits political, racial, and social attacks or any behavior that a USER engages in that is thought at the sole discretion of Founder Shelle Frelo as toxic behavior. USERS engaging in toxic behaviors may be banned from HERWOMENSHUB.COM and THE SITES, groups, Bible studies, prayer groups, Zoom studies, meetings, gatherings and forums and will have their IP blocked permanently without further discussion or warning, at the sole discretion of Shelle Frelo.

HERWOMENSHUB.COM nor THE SITES don’t allow obscene, hateful, profane, racist, discriminatory, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable language or CONTENT in any of our online forums, gatherings, meetings, or discussions. Further, you may not harass, insult, defame, libel, slander, stalk, abuse, threaten or invade the privacy of another USER. YOU may not post content that disparages, criticizes, belittles, parodies, or otherwise portrays in a negative light any USER. We suggest YOU discontinue any conversation that makes you uncomfortable. USERS engaging in hateful language behaviors will be banned from THE SITES, groups, Bible studies, prayer groups, Zoom studies, meetings, gatherings and forums and will have their IP blocked permanently without further discussion or warning, at the sole discretion of Shelle Frelo.

All USERS are encouraged to ask questions and to share insights. It is unacceptable for USERS to engage in topics or discussions that the discussion leader has asked to discontinue. It is acceptable to respectfully disagree with the study leaders, other USERS or even the study book and devotionals. It is not acceptable to demean, antagonize, bully, degrade or cause conflict with USERS or the study leader that causes division and/or causes disruption to the discussion.  Though our studies invite individuals from many different worship styles and practices our common denominator of agreement is Jesus as our Messiah, Savior, and Lord. We do not debate the Word of God. It is not appropriate to shame a USER for their theology, worship style, or opinions. It is appropriate to ask a question of the group if YOU need help with clarification of the study on the current topic. Studies are designed to reflect unity of the body of Christ, a desire to grow through the Word of Christ and a practice of humility in learning. It is not designed to give anyone a venue to vent their pride, degree, or superior knowledge of who they feel they are or what they know.

HERWOMENSHUB.COM and THE SITES utilizes the World English Bible translation because it is of public domain, but USERS may use whatever Bible version that speaks to their spirit best. Often Christians can get into debates about what version of the Bible is best, more accurate, or more authentic. HERWOMENSHUB.COM and THE SITES do not engage in such practices and asks that its USERS don’t engage in such practices while utilizing the CONTENT on HERWOMENSHUB.COM and/or THE SITES. USERS engaging in such violations will be warned. After three warnings the USER will have their IP blocked permanently from HERWOMENSHUB.COM and THE SITES without further discussion or warning.

In today’s technological age it is common to screenshot something that is interesting to YOU, WE get it. However, THE SITES AND HERWOMENSHUB.COM groups, Bible studies, prayer groups, Zoom studies, meetings, gatherings and forums often contain information that is sensitive, it is for this reason that we ask USERS not to screenshot posts, chats, discussions, and/or community CONTENT.  USERS violating this request will be given a warning the first time, the second time their IP address will be blocked, and the USER will be banned from HERWOMENSHUB.COM and THE SITES, groups, Bible studies, prayer groups, Zoom studies, meetings, gatherings and forums and will have their IP blocked permanently without further discussion or warning.

HERWOMENSHUB.COM groups, Bible studies, prayer groups, Zoom studies, meetings, gatherings and forums often contain information that is sensitive, it is for this reason that we ask USERS not to RECORD CONTENT EITHER AS A VISUAL RECORDING OR AS AN AUDIO RECORDING IN ANY FORMAT FOR ANY REASON.  USERS violating this request will be warned the first time, the second time their IP address will be blocked, and the USER will be banned from HERWOMENSHUB.COM and THE SITES, groups, Bible studies, prayer groups, Zoom studies, meetings, gatherings and forums and will have their IP blocked permanently without further discussion or warning.

Participation or use of the Bible Studies CONTENT within HERWOMENSHUB.COM does not give YOU rights to said CONTENT, all Bible Studies copyrights are retained by the author. Where applicable when studies are offered as a download, USERS may download one copy of the study for their individual personal use. However, Bible studies cannot be sold, copied, emailed or redistributed without the prior written permission of the Author. Those that infringe (steal) the works of the Author will be permanently banned from the study, as well as from HERWOMENSHUB.COM, THE SITES and have their IP address blocked, as well as but not limited to being sued by the Author and/or Publisher for their infringement. This decision will be made at the Author and/or Publisher’s own discretion.  

YOU may not create more than one Username or account. It causes storage, accountability, and security problems; YOU could be banned from HERWOMENSHUB.COM permanently and YOUR IP Address blocked at the sole discretion of Shelle Frelo.

All public and private postings must be made in English. This is because many hackers use foreign characters to write malicious scripts.

Please only post content that is truthful, accurate and not misleading. You may not post material that impersonates or misrepresents your connection to any other entity or person or otherwise manipulate headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of the content.

Please don’t post the same message more than once. It makes it hard for a USER to follow the conversation if they see several postings of the same content.

You may not suggest, encourage, advocate, or promote illegal or violent activity. You may not use HERWOMENSHUB.COM and/or THE SITES to violate any law or conduct any activity that may be considered to violate any law, including, but not limited to, scams and impersonations. HERWOMENSHUB.COM and/or THE SITES will assist law enforcement officials in whatever way they can to apprehend such individuals.

While we do not review all material posted and are under no obligation to do so, we reserve the right to accept, reject or remove any postings and/or chat content including those that are off-subject, not in English or that contain personal attacks, obscenity, vulgarity, profanity, impersonations, advertising, or that violate HERWOMENSHUB.COM and/or THE SITES House Rules, Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. If a comment, post, or entry made by a USER contains product information or links; selling information or links; mailing lists information or links, or any unauthorized solicitation the member will be banned from THE SITES and their IP address will be blocked permanently. This is a committed group of USERS who desire to study the Word of God in a safe, convenient, and in an environment that is none soliciting.

You may not post any content for commercial purposes (e.g. offering for sale any products or services). Such posts add to clutter and devalue conversations. This includes advertisements for your business, the latest get-rich-quick scheme, solicitations for a charity, conducting raffles or contests, displaying sponsorship banners, solicitation of goods or services and/or spam. Further, you may not solicit funds, advertisers or sponsors. You may not promote a “pyramid” or similar scheme. Unfortunately, it is impossible to verify the validity of each and every organization that solicits donations; therefore, in an effort to protect HERWOMENSHUB.com Members from fraud, we must prohibit solicitations for charities.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to verify the validity of each and every business, individual, ministry, and organization that solicits donations, sales a product or service; therefore, in an effort to protect HERWOMENSHUB.COM USERS from fraud, we must prohibit any and all forms of solicitations unless authorized through prior written permission from HerFaithVillage.com Ministries. It is not acceptable to use HERWOMENSHUB.COM as a place of networking, promotion, to ask for money, to promote an event, or promote a ministry or organization. Such behavior is strictly prohibited. HERWOMENSHUB.COM does not have advertisers, and the only donations that WE accept are through OUR donation portal. WE do however promote OUR WRITERS endeavors all other USER promotion is not permitted. YOU may not post any CONTENT for commercial purposes (e.g., offering for sale any products or services). Any USER found to be engaging in such behaviors at the sole discretion of HERWOMENSHUB.COM will have their IP address blocked immediately and will be banned from THE SITES.

You may not add USERS for HERWOMENSHUB.com or THE SITES to other sites, social media groups (harvesting), sending unauthorized emails to HERWOMENSHUB.COM USERS without expressed prior written permission of HerFaithVillage.com Ministries. The reason for this is that our USERS signed up for HERWOMENSHUB.com and did not agree to be signed up for additional clubs, ministries, websites, organizations, or mailing lists. USERS engaging in USER sharing behaviors will be banned from THE SITES, groups, Bible studies, prayer groups, Zoom studies, meetings, gatherings and forums and will have their IP blocked permanently.

You may not post any links to third party sites, other than to those sites owned and operated by THE SITES. You may not post content that contains links to other sites that contain the type of objectionable content we have described above.

HERWOMENSHUB.COM will immediately report any situation that involves or potentially involves suicide threats, instances of abuse of any type, child endangerment, or the commission of a crime. The report will be made by HERWOMENSHUB.COM to the appropriate authorities, and YOU will be advised to seek immediate assistance from 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Hotline 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
